Questions, answered
Your message is treated as anonymous. We verify your matric number only to confirm you are a FUDMA student. Reviewers see your message, category and faculty — not your name, matric number, email or phone numbers.
So we can send you a confirmation, notify you privately when there is a reply, and reach you if your issue needs urgent follow-up. Your contact details are never displayed publicly.
You can attach up to 3 files (images, PDF or Word documents), each up to 5MB — for example receipts, screenshots or letters that support your message.
You will receive an email as soon as the VC's Office responds. You can also visit “Track message” at any time with your reference number and email address to view the full conversation and send a follow-up.
Check that you typed it exactly as it appears on your ID card (e.g. CSC/2023/12345). If it still cannot be found, please contact the ICT/MIS unit to update your record.
You may send up to 3 new messages per day. For an existing issue, please use the follow-up option on your tracking page instead of sending a new message.
